Most people are a strategist or a builder. Almost no one is both.
The people who set the agentic AI direction usually cannot build it. The people who can build rarely own the strategy. So strategy stalls in a slide deck, and builds solve the wrong problem. The person who closes that gap, who can decide what is worth building and then ship it, is who leadership actually needs and almost never has. In one month, that person is you.
Two titles. One month. One certificate with your name on it.
This is not a course you watch and forget. You leave able to do both halves of the job, with a certificate from Harvard Data Science Initiative that says so, on your profile, in the room, and to the people who decide what you work on next.
& Builder
has completed the Becoming a Dual Leader: AI Strategist & Builder Intensive, designing an agentic AI strategy and building a working prototype.
Apply the A.G.E.N.T framework to your own organization. Identify the highest-value workflow, set scope and governance, and judge any agentic AI proposal on its merits rather than its hype.
Configure a working prototype against your real systems with Claude and n8n. Test the failure modes, document the build, and walk into the room with something that runs, not something you hope to run.
And two digital badges, one for each title you earn, ready for your LinkedIn profile.
You build alongside the people who own the AI question.
Past cohorts run from senior managers, directors, and VPs to C-suite leaders and independent consultants, the people their organization, or their clients, turn to when the AI question lands on the table. Several of the strongest builds have come from non-technical leaders, so a technical background is welcome but not required.
The best executive course I have ever attended. Truly transformative.
I joined after my first Agentic AI intensive to build the project I started. With each session my confidence in both the tools and myself increased. The project I have been able to create, through the class and Claude Cowork, has been truly amazing.
For a senior executive and advisor, it is the right balance of in-depth knowledge and true practical application to inform decision making at the executive or board level.
It teaches you where AI can create genuine strategic advantage versus expensive automation.
I walked away with a real framework, not just concepts. A genuine expansion of what I thought AI could do operationally.
Coming from a non-technical background, I now have a complete AI strategy finalized in a fraction of the time I expected.
One of the best courses I have taken.
Strategy, then a working prototype. In one month.

The first half makes you a strategist. The second half makes you a builder. Live sessions with Harvard Data Science Review board members and authors anchor each phase; the rest is your own work, with AI guidance between sessions.
You leave with evidence you can show.
Led by the people who define the field.
